WEEK 6: PERUVIAN SUPERFOODS


Hello!
Dear second graders students this sixth week you are going to learn more about Peruvian superfoods for example where are they from? When are they in season? What food group do they belong to? And how to elaborate on a menu healthy plan?

I invite you to watch this interesting video about our topic.
After doing all the activities from the "Learning at home" platform, please answer the questions according to your level belong to.

    -I only had one difficulty and that was choosing a meal for my breakfast, lunch and dinner because I can eat any dish.

    - The difficulty I had was in using the frequency adverbs but then I was able to make correct use of them.

    - I would recommend to Lisa and Fernando to eat a variety of foods, that is to say, foods where the five food groups are found and to avoid fast food and sweets.

    I had no difficulties, since I developed the activities on the first day I was able to get an idea of ​​how I would do my healthy diet.

    I would recommend that you have a glass of milk for breakfast, with avocado bread.

    The only difficulty I had is when I say I am going to eat and when I adapt to eating that food
    ¿What would you recommend that Fernando and Lisa eat for a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner?
    -In my opinion, what I read from Fernando and Lisa is that they eat too much food in excess and the most advisable thing is to eat vegetables at breakfast, it would be to drink pure milk with at least two loaves filled with something that does not have much fat, in the At lunch they could eat salad with any food that is nutritious and for dinner it is best for some not to eat but if they are hungry they can have a healthy lunch, for example anise with tuna or other nutritious thing.

    _I had difficulty at the time of writing where the food came from, since I had to investigate about it to know that information.


    -What superfood from Peru would you recommend? Why?
    For my part I would recommend Quinoa because it is a super food that contains:
    -Up to 23% protein.
    -It contains minerals: calcium, iron and magnesium.
    -Rich amino acids that promote brain development.
    -Great content in omega 6.
    -It has vitamins C, E, B1, B2, niancin and phosphorous.
    -It is a source of soluble and insoluble fiber.

    Desayuno: cafรฉ con leche semidesnatada y bocadillito mini. Media maรฑana: macedonia de fruta. En detalle: bocadillito mini de jamรณn cocido acompaรฑado de cafรฉ con leche en el desayuno y macedonia de pera y uvas a media maรฑana.

    Almuerzo: purรฉ de calabacรญn con merluza a la plancha. Postre: mandarinas. En detalle: crema de calabacรญn, cebolla y un poco de patata, aderezada con sal y pimienta negra, todo triturado. Merluza a la plancha. Dos mandarinas de postre.

    Cena: ensalada completa. Postre: mango. En detalle: ensalada con lechuga y brotes de canรณnigos, tomate cherry, remolacha y zanahoria con un huevo duro y 25 g de avellanas. Dos tostadas integrales. Medio mango de postre.
