My dear students remember that happiness is a state of mind or a mood. Teenagers are usually happier when they're satisfied with their lives and relationships, although nobody is happy all the time.
Wellbeing comes from physical, mental, and emotional health. It's also about understanding your emotions, taking part in different activities (your hobbies or new hobbies),having good relationships and social connections, finding meaning in life, and feeling that you're doing well.

Avoid using unhealthy coping strategies, such as substance use, constant worry, and high-risk behaviors.
Manage difficult emotions with acceptance, mindfulness, and relaxing and / or enjoyable activities.
Practice positive lifestyles such as physical activity and healthy eating, use of acceptance, and reformulation and problem solving when necessary.
- What modal verbs do you use to give strong recommendations to maintain good mental health?
The modal verbs that we can use are: should ”and“ ought to.
