Hello, dear second graders students this week you are going to learn about mental and physical problems during the lockdown that nowadays children, teenagers, adults, and elder people have these problems. Try to think about how to avoid them?

    ► Do you think that these mental problems can affect Peruvian young people? How?

    - Of course they can, and this is due to the lack of importance that our society gives to mental problems. They don't understand it and so their children don't have the confidence to talk about what they are feeling and that's where they start with stress, anxiety, which unfortunately then escalates into much bigger problems.

    -Stress, anxiety, this happens since parents do not speak with their children to provide them with confidence and emotional security, apart from not approaching them to talk about how they feel so that they can learn more about their feelings, tastes, etc. he children feel insecure and that they do not have any kind of accessibility towards their parents since some parents do not even speak to them and leave them to live their lives and that affects their mental and emotional health.

    -Anxiety, stress, depreciation, these problems occur since we do not tell our parents about the problems that we sometimes have about our feelings, tastes, etc. On the other hand, it is also good that parents take time to talk with their children and assure them that they can tell you what is happening.
